Abstract

본 발명은 세탁, 주방용 세제 등으로 사용될 수 있는 농축 액체 세제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 3급 아민을 과산화물로 반응시켜 얻은,[R1은 C10∼C18의 알킬기 또는 알킬아미도 프로필기이고, R2, R3는 메틸기 또는 하이드록시에틸기이다.]의 아민 옥사이드 0.5∼20 중량부를 포함하여 계면 활성제를 총 30∼80중량부 함유하고 용해제 5∼30 중량부와 물 50 중량부 이하를 함유하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물로서, 이와 같은 조성물은 아민 옥사이드의 물리 화학적 성질(pH 변화에 따라 액성이 변하고 다른 계면 활성제와의 결합 강도가 변하면서 농축시에는 일정한 점성을 지니는 액체이며 농축 액체를 물로 희석시에 점증제의 추가할 필요없는 성질)을 이용하여 소량으로도 우수한 세척력을 지니고 물로 희석시 별도의 점증제 추가 없이도 점증 또는 점도조절이 가능하며 적은 용기에 수용 가능해져서 작업 및 이송수단이 편리할 뿐 아니라 점증제 혼합등의 별도 공정이 필요없는 장점을 지닌 발명이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음의 일반식(1)을 갖는 아민 옥사이드 0.5 내지 20중량부를 포함하여 음이온 또는 음이온과 비이온 계면활성제를 총 30 내지 80 중량부 함유하고 5 내지 30중량부의 용해제와 50 중량부 이하의 물을 함유하여 사용시 2 내지 5배의 물에 희석하여도 30℃에서 100 내지 1000CPS의 사용 점도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물.
    [상기식에서, R1은 C10내지 C18의 알킬기 또는 알킬아미도 프로필기이고, R2, R3는 메틸기 또는 하이드록시에틸기이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH 범위는 6.0~8.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 계면 활성제는 알킬술포네이트, 알킬에톡시 술페이트, 알파 올레핀 술포네이트,직쇄 알킬 벤젠 술포네이트, 알파 술포 메틸 에스테르들의 소듐, 칼륨, 암모늄, 알칸올 아민의 염류중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온 계면 활성제는 알칸올 아마이드, 지방족 알콜 또는 알킬 아릴의 에틸렌 옥사이드 축합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용해제는 저분자량의 알콜류, 글리콜류, 글리콜에테르류, 케톤류 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 농축 액체 세제 조성물.
