Abstract
본 발명은 순환펌프의 안전장치는 순환펌프의 입력관에 내설되는 온도센서 및 압력센서와, 인출선을 통해 상기 온도 및 압력센서에 연결되는 아날로그-디지탈 변환회로와, 상기 아날로그-디지탈 변환회로를 매개로 입력단에 상기 온도 및 압력센서가 연결되고 그 출력단에는 순환펌프가 연결되는 마이크로 콤퓨터로 구성된 것으로 난방환수의 수압이 그때의 물의 증기압보다 낮아짐으로써 부분적으로 증기가 발생할때 나타나는 캐비테이션의 소음을 제거할 수 있고 나방환수의 부족으로 순환펌프가 공회전하게 될때 그 펌프내의 베어링이 훼손되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것이다.The safety device of the circulation pump includes a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor built into the input pipe of the circulation pump, an analog-digital conversion circuit connected to the temperature and pressure sensor through a lead wire, and the analog-digital conversion circuit.
