본 발명은 차동장치의 자동조립을 가능하게 하는 것을 목적으로 하는 차동장치의 자동조립장치 및 그 조립방법을 제공하는 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 차동자치케이스(3)내에 사이드기어(4) 및 피니언기어(6)를 장착하고 위쪽사이드기어(4)를 회전가능하게 지지한 상태에서 아래쪽 사이드기어(4)를 사이드기어(4)와 회전차를 부여해서 회전시키고, 사이드기어(4)(4)와 피니언기어(6)(6)를 적정히 맞물리게 한다. 그 맞물림을 검지한 후, 한쪽의 사이드기어(4)를 고정하고 다른쪽의 사이드기어(4)를 회전해서 피니언기어(6)(6)를, 차동장치케이스(3)내의 소정의 고정위치에 회동변위시킨다.The present invention provides an automatic assembly apparatus for a differential apparatus and an assembly method thereof for the purpose of enabling automatic assembly of a differential apparatus.
