Abstract
본 발명은 합성섬유가 기존의 우드퍼프(wood pulp)에 혼합사용되는 고기공성 프러그 랩(plug wrap)지(紙) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 균일한 지합형성도와 높은 인장강를 유지하며서도 고기공도를 가지는 프러그 랩지를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 합성섬유를 기존의 우드펄프에 혼합 사용함으로써 상기 목적을 달성하였으며, 혼합 사용되는 합성섬유는 PVA섬유와 레이온 섬유이다.
첨가되는 합성섬유의 량은 PVA섬유는 우드펄프에 대하여 5∼15중량%이고, 레이온섬유는 우드펄프에 대하여 8∼25중량%이다.
이와 같이 제조된 프러그 랩지는 기공도 9500 C.U. 이상의 기공성을 가지게 됨과 아울러, 높은 인장강도와 균일한 지합형성도를 가지게 된다.

Claims (10)
- 합성섬유가 우드펄프에 혼합 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 합성섬유가 PVA섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 합성섬유가 레이온 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 PVA섬유가 우드펄프에 대하여 5∼15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 레이온섬유가 우드펄프에 대하여 8∼25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공도 9500 C.U. 이상의 기공성을 가지는 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지.
- 우드펄프에 합성섬유를 혼합사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 초지기로 환망초지기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 합성섬유의 박리제로 PVA용 박리제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기공성 프러그 랩지의 제조방법.
