본 발명은 유기실리콘수지를 표면에 피막시켜 조면화한 폴리에스테르 구조물의 심색성을 개선하고 유연성과 고견뢰성을 부여하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 섬유를 구성하는 성분의 일부가 일칼리금속에 의해 가수분해 되어 표면에 다수의 요(凹)부를 형성하게 하는 폴리에스테르 구조물의 표면에 1.45 이하의 저굴절율을 가진 하기의 일반식으로 대표되어지는 유기 실리콘수지를 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르로 유화시킨 수지조성물의 6∼15중량%를 사용하고, 침투제로서 에틸렌옥사이드가 9몰 부가된 노닐페놀을 1중량% 부여한 수지조성물에 침적시켜 맹글을 이용하여, 섬유 구조물의 중량에 대해 80∼150%가 되도륵 픽업시킨 후, 100℃이하에서 3분이상 건조하고, 160℃이하에서 세트시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method of improving the deep colorability of a roughened polyester structure by coating an organosilicon resin on the surface thereof and providing flexibility and high fastness, wherein a part of the components constituting the fiber is hydrolyzed by mono-metallic metal. 6, a resin composition in which an organic silicone resin represented by the following general formula having a low refractive index of 1.45 or less is emulsified with polyoxyethylene alkyl ether on the surface of the polyester structure to form a plurality of recesses on the surface thereof.
