본 발명은 유기물을 함유한 폐수를 활성오니법으로 처리할 때 폐수중의 단백질 및 펩톤에 대한 탄수화물의 중량비를 0.2 내지 5의 범위외로 조절 처리하여 활성오니 플록중에 고분자 물질의 축적을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법이고 또한 페수중의 단백질 및 펩톤에 대한 탄수화물의 중량비가 0.2내지5의 범위내일때 단백질 및 펩톤중량에 대해 무기질소화합물 및 또는 저분자 유기질소화합물의 25%이상 첨가하여 처리하는 것에 의해 활성오니 플록중에 고분자물질의 축적을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법이다.The present invention is characterized in that when the wastewater containing organic matter is treated by activated sludge method, the weight ratio of carbohydrates to protein and peptone in the wastewater is controlled out of the range of 0.2 to 5 to suppress the accumulation of polymer material in the activated sludge floc.
