Abstract

본 발명은 공작기계에 있어서 베드, 컬럼, 테이블과 같은 대부품인 기계의 골조를 이루는 몸체의 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에 있어서 주조 방식에 의하여 제조되는 몸체는 주철재료의 특성상 강도의 취약성이 있는 관계로 재료두께가 두꺼워질 수 밖에 없고 이에 따라 크기가 비대하여지고 중량이 많이 나가게 되는 문제점이 있었던바, 이를 해소하고자 본 발명은 베드나 컬럼 또는 테이블의 경우 판재를 이용한 구조의 외측프레임과 요철부, 하니콤형 또는 원형 단면형상의 내, 외측 보강부재를 용착고정형성하여 그 강도를 향상시키면서도 중량은 가볍게 할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 필요한 경우 내부에 덕트를 설치하여 내부공기의 순환이 가능하도록 하여 외부요인에 의한 국부열팽창 또는 수축현상을 배제시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 공작기계의 몸체제작에 적절하게 활용할 수 있는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a structure of a body constituting a frame of a machine which is a large part such as a bed, a column, and a table in a machine tool.
