본 발명은 폴리설폰중공섬유막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 막 외표면과 내표면은 스킨층구조, 막 내부는 망상구조, 막 외표면에는 둥근 미세기공을, 막 내표면에는 스릿트형 미세기공구조를 갖고, 막 내부구조로 외측과 내측은 치밀층을, 외측과 내측 사이는 공동을 이룬 폴리설폰중공섬유막이며, 폴리설폰수지와 수용성 고분자로 된 방사원액을 2중관형노즐로 방사할 때 내부응고액의 응고가를 30-35로 하고, 방사높이를 5-30cm으로 하여 방사하는 제조방법으로, 내표면의 스릿트형 기공 및 막내부의 공동에 의해 고투수성을 가지며, 막내부의 망상구조 및 내부구조의 안쪽과 바까쪽의 치밀층으로 막의 기계적 성질 특히 강 신도가 우수하다.The present invention relates to a polysulfone hollow fiber membrane and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the outer surface and the inner surface of the membrane are skin layer structures, the inside of the membrane is a network structure, round micropores on the outer surface of the membrane, and a split type microporous structure on the inner surface of the membrane.
