Abstract

본 발명은 운동시 밸트 밑에다 발을 꾸부려 넣고, 유지시켜서 사람이 싯업운동을 할 수 있드록 매트리스의 구석밑부분과 이를 감싸기에 적합한 싯업 운동밸트인 것이다. 이 싯업밸트는 사다리꼴형태의 밸트 지지부재의 양쪽끝부분에 연결되는 길이가 조정가능한 밸트로 이루어져 있다. 이 지지부재는 침대의 구석 밑부분에 놓기에 적합하게 되어 있다. 싯업 운동시 발을 추가로 지탱하도록 이동가능하고 습동가능하게 바아부재가 벨트에 연결되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 싯업밸트(sit-up belt)를 매트리스의 구석에 설치하고 사용자가 침대에서 싯업운동을 하고 있는 모습을 나타낸 도면이다,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 다른 싯업밸트를 매트리스의 구석에 설치하고 사용자가 침대에서 싯업운동을 하고 있는 모습을 나타낸 도면이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 싯업밸트의 사시도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. (a) 매트리스의 구석을 감싸면서 위치하는 밸트수단(1)과; (b)상기 밸트수단의 길이를 조정하기 위한 수단(11,12)과; (c)상기 밸트수단과 연결되고, 운동시 매트리스의 구석을 감싸게 되는 상기 밸트수단을 지탱시켜주기 위해 매트리스의 구석 밑부분에 위치하기에 적합한 수단으로 이루어져 있되 상기 지지수단은 매트리스 가장자리에 적합한 모양이고, 매트리스의 구석 밑부분에 위치하기에 적합하며, 상기 밸트수단과 매트리스의 중량에 의해 제 위치에 유지되는 편평한 사다리꼴 부재(4)형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스를 갖는 침대와 함께 사용하는 싯업 운동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 매트리스의 구석 밑부분에 위치시키기에 적합하고, 밸트수단(1)과 매트리스의 중량에 의해 제 위치에서 유지되는 편평한 사다리꼴 부재(4)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편평한 사다리꼴 부재의 상부 표면과 하부 표면은 지지부재가 마찰력에 의해서 제위치에서 유지될 수 있게 하는 돌기(9)가 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. (a)매트리스의 구석을 감싸면서 위치하는 밸트수단(1)과; (b)상기 밸트수단의 길이를 조정하기 위한 수단(11,12)과; (c)상기 밸트수단과 연결되고, 운동시 매트리스의 구석을 감싸는 상기 밸트수단을 지탱시켜 주기위해 매트리스의 구석 밑부분에 위치하기에 적합한 수단으로 이루어져 있되 상기 밸트수단은 제1밸트부위와 제2밸트부위로 구성되어 있고, 상기 제1밸트부위의 한쪽 선단은 상기 지지부재의 한쪽 선단에 경첩식으로 연결되고, 상기 제2밸트부위의 한쪽 선단은 상기 지지부재의 다른쪽 선단에 경첩식로 연결되며, 상기 제1 및 제2벨트부위의다른쪽 선단은 혁대쇠수단(10)에 의해 서로 연결되고, 상기 제1밸트부위는 제2밸트부위 보다 길게 되어 있어 상기 혁대쇠수단이 매트리스의 측면에 접경되게 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스를 갖는 침대와 함께 사용하는 싯업 운동장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 연결수단을 통해서 벨트수단에 이동가능하고 습동가능하게 연결되는 바아수단(3)이 추가로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. (a)매트리스의 구석을 감싸면서 위치하는 밸트수단(1)과; (b)상기 밸트수단의 길이를 조정하기 위한 수단(11,12)과; (c)상기 밸트수단과 연결되어 있고, 운동시 매트리스의 구석을 감싸게 되는 상기 밸트수단을 지탱해주기 위해 매트리스의 구석 밑부분에 위치하기에 적합한 수단으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 장치는 연결수단에 의해 상기 밸트수단에 이동가능하고 습동가능게 연결되어 있되 상기 연결수단은 중앙부위에서 바아수단과 연결되면서 너트부재를 갖고 있는 바아연결부(15)와, 제1밸트부위에 습동가능하게 연결되면서 볼트부재를 갖고 있는 밸트연결부(16)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 바아수단은 싯업 운동장치의 사용자를 위한 발 지탱부재로 제공될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스를 갖는 침대와 함께 사용하는 싯업 운동장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재에는 매트리스 밑의 침대틀의 구석에 상기 지지부재를 부착시키기 위한 수단이 추가로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단은 상기 지지수단에 형성되어 있는 나사못 구멍을 통해서 침대를 구석에다 상기 지지수단을 고정시키기 위한 조임수단(24)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단은 상기 지지수단에 형성되어 있는 개구부를 통해서 침대틀 구석에다 상기 지지수단을 매기 위한 로프수단(23)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편평한 사다리꼴 부재의 상부와 하부 표면은 지지부재가 마찰력에 의해서 제 위치에서 유지될 수 있게 하는 돌기(9)가 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 바아수단(3)과 상기 밸트수단에 상기 바아수단을 이동가능하고 습동가능하고 연결시키기 위한 연결수단(15,16)이 추가로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 매트리스 밀의 침대틀의 구석에다 상기 지지수단을 부착시키기 위한 수단이 추가로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단은 상기 지지수단에 형성되어 있는 나사못 구멍을 통해서 침대틀 구석에다 상기 지지수단을 고정시키기 위한 조임수단(24)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단은 상기 지지수단에 형성되어 있는 개구부를 통해서 침대틀 구석에다 상기 지지수단을 매기 위한 로프수단(23)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
