본 발명은 기존의 어큐물레이터 이외에 보조적인 어큐물레이터를 추가로 배설하고 상기 어큐물레이터에는 온도를 감지하는 써미스터를 부착하여 이 써미스터가 감지한 온도의 고·저에 따라 보조어큐물레이터의 동작을 온·오프함으로써 압축기로의 액체 냉매 유입을 방지할 수 있는 공기조화기의 압축장치에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명에 의한 공기 조화기의 압축기 보조장치는, 압축기, 사방밸브, 실외열교환기, 팽창장치, 실내열교환기, 어큐물레이터, 압축기순으로 냉매가 순환되어 냉방운전이 수행되고 압축기, 사방밸브, 실내열교환기, 팽창장치, 실외열교환기, 어큐물레이터, 압축기순으로 냉매가 순환되어 난방운전이 수행되는 냉·난방겸용 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 어큐물레이터에는 현재의 외기온도가 한랭온도인지의 여부를 판별하여 이 판별결과에 따라 액체냉매의 흐름을 제어하도록 온도감지수단인 써미스터가 부착되어 있고, 상기 써미스터에 의해 감지된 현재의 외기온도가 한랭온도이면 한랭변이 오프됨에 따라 액체냉매의 일정량을 잔류시키도록 상기 어큐물레이터 전단에 보조어큐물레이터가 배설된 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention further provides an auxiliary accumulator in addition to the existing accumulator and attaches a thermistor for sensing the temperature to operate the auxiliary accumulator according to the high and low temperature detected by the thermistor.
