Abstract
본 발명은 베어링의 열처리방법에 관한 것으로, 소정조성의 베어링강으로 제조된 베어링을 800∼900℃ 온도로 2∼3시간동안 가열하면서 연화저항원소를 함유하는 기제를 주입하여 베어링표면층에 연화저항원소를 침투시키는 원소확산처리단계, 연화저항원소가 침투된 베어링을 40∼120℃온도의 오일에 투입하는 담금질단계, 담금질된 베어링을 상온으로 유지시킨후 0℃이하온도로 처리하는 심냉처리단계 및, 심냉처리된 베어링을 180℃ 이상의 온도에서 유지시키는 고온뜨임단계로 구성되어, 베어링의 미변태 잔류오오스테나이트 량을 최소화함으로서 베어링의 사용도중의 변태량을 극소화하여 베어링의 칫수안정성을 높이고 경도저하를 방지하여 성능 및 수명이 향상된 베어링을 제조할 수 있도록 되어있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
