Abstract

본 발명에 있어서는 제1전극이 제1격벽과 제2격벽 사이에 위치하되 적어도 그 일측면이 방전가스공간내로 노출되도록 한 것이다. 또한 상기 제1전극에 외부신호입력용 단자를 형성하기 위하여 제1격벽과 일체로 이와 동일평면을 갖는 베드부를 설치하여 제1전극의 일단을 놓이게 한뒤 외부신호입력용 단자를 형성하는 것으로 제1전극과 외부신호입력용 단자와는 그 단차가 거의 없는 것이어서 손쉽게 외부신호입력용 단자를 형성할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 이의 제조방법에 있어서는 상기 제1격벽을 형성함에 있어 그 일측에 일체로 동일평면을 갖는 베드부를 형성하는 단계가 포함된다. 이러한 본 발명은 방전영역이 축소되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며 제1전극에도 손쉽게 외부신호에 의한 직류전압을 인가할 수 있는 것이다.In the present invention, the first electrode is positioned between the first and second partition walls, but at least one side thereof is exposed to the discharge gas space.
