Abstract
본 발명은 겹쳐쓰기가 용이하도록 외부자장을 낮게함과 동시에 반사융을 높게하고 기록막을 보호하는 효과가 증대되도록 하여 높은 반송파대 잡음비(CNR)을 유지하고 신뢰성을 향상시켜주는 겹쳐쓰기형 광자기 디스크에 관한 것으로, 기판, 보호막, 기록막 및 반사막이 소정의 순서로 적층되며; 상기 기판은 PC(Poly-Carbonate)를 소정간격으로 트랙이 미리 형성되는 금형으로 스템핑(Stamping)하여 제조되고; 상기 기록막은 테르븀 철 코발트(TbFeCo)의 회토류-천이 금속계가 사용되며; 상기 보호막은 SiNx계가 사용되는 것에 있어서, 상기 반사막이 상기 기록막의 바로위에 적층되도록 하되, 그 재질이 백금코발트합금(Pt,Co)계가 구성하는 겹쳐쓰기형 광자기 디스크이다.The present invention provides an overwrite type magneto-optical disk which maintains a high carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) and improves reliability by lowering an external magnetic field to facilitate overwriting, increasing reflection melting, and protecting a recording film.
