Abstract
본 발명은 테레프탈산 또는 그 유도체의 글리콜 성분인 에틸렌 글리콜의 일부를 0.2~15몰%미만의 첨가제 성분으로 치환하고 공중합시켜 제조한 것으로 강도, 치수안정성 및 열율(Young's modulus)이 우수한 저수축 공중합 폴리에스테르사 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 반응기에 테레프탈산 또는 그 유도체, 글리콜 성분과 첨가제 성분을 투입하여 슬러리화시킨후 220~260℃에서 50분~3시간동안 에스테르 교환반응시켜 올리고머를 생성시킨 다음, 측중합조로 옮겨 270~290℃온도에서 최종 진공을 2torr이하로 유지시키면서 1~4시간동안 축중합을 시키고 이를 질소 기류하에서 120~180℃의 온도로 예비결정하 및 건조하고 통상의 방법으로 용융방사하여 미연신사를 얻고, 이를 연신하여 폴리에스테르사를 제조하였다.The present invention is prepared by substituting and copolymerizing a part of ethylene glycol, which is a glycol component of terephthalic acid or a derivative thereof, with an additive component of less than 0.2 to 15 mol%, and a low shrinkage copolymer polyester having excellent strength, dimensional stability, and Young's modulus.
