(2)는 아스팔트 함침 종이 패드층 또는 제진성 충진제를 포함한 고무층으로서 대부분의 진동을 흡수하는 역할을 하며 그 두께는 1~3mm 정도가 바람직하고 이때 사용되는 아스팔트 함침 종이 패드란 목면과 펄프를 주로하여 제조된 종이에 석유 아스팔트, 예를 들면 블로운 아스팔트나 스트레이트 아스팔트 등을 함침 시켜 제조된 통상적인 것을 말하는 것으로 본 고안품의 경우 그 종류에 특별한 제한은 없다. 또한 고무층에 사용되는 고무 및 제진성 충진제의 종류도 특별한 제한은 없으나 제진성 충진제의 경우는 운모와 같은 판상형의 충진제가 바람직하다. (3)는 점접착제로써 조립작업시 별도의 접착제 사용없이 일정 장소에 보다 용이하게 제진판을 부착시킬 수 있도록 하는 역할을 하며, 이때 사용되는 점접착제는 특별한 제한이 없고 통상의 점착제를 사용한다.
