Description

교환식 아이샤도우 케이스의 착설구조

본 고안은 콤팩트 케이스 내부에 수납되는 아이샤도우 케이스를 임의로 교환하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 교환식 아이샤도우 케이스의 착탈구조에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 아이샤도우 케이스를 콤팩트 케이스로 부터 분리시켜 임의로 교환할 수 있도록 본체의 바닥면 중심부와 양측면에 고정편을 설치하여 주고 내부 후방 양측에는 걸림홈을 요설한 다음 아이샤도우 케이스를 수납하고 그 상측을 가압판으로 덮어 사용해 왔다.
그러나 상기와 같이 구성된 교환식 아이샤도우 케이스는 본체 바닥에 설치한 고정편내에 아이샤도우 케이스를 끼워준 다음 그 상부에 가압판을 올려 놓고 아이샤도우 케이스를 고정시켜 사용해야 하므로, 장기간의 외출시나 휴대시에 가압판이 요입홈에서 이탈되면서 아이샤도우 케이스가 콤팩트 내부에서 이탈되어 내용물을 사용하지 못하게 되거나, 교환시 분리가 확실하게 이루어지지 않아 아이샤도우 케이스를 교환하기에는 매우 어려운 점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 고안된 것으로 본체의 수납실에 아이샤도우 케이스를 쉽게 결합 또는 분리시킬 수 있도록 구성함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
본 고안의 다른 목적으로는 상기 본체의 내부 수납실에 삽입 고정되는 아이샤도우 케이스의 결합을 견고히 할 수 있도록 구성함에 있는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성키 위하여 아이샤도우 케이스의 외부 양측면에 각각 걸림홈과 걸림턱을 형성하고, 이를 수납 고정하는 콤팩트의 본체 내저부엔 고정편을 형성하여 약간 강압적으로 조립토록 이루어지는 것이고, 수납부의 후면엔 탄성 걸림돌조를 구성함으로써 아이샤도우 케이스의 전, 후면에 효설된 걸림홈과의 결합을 견고히 구성토록 이루어지는 것이다.
이하 첨부도면에 의거하여 본 고안의 실시예를 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제 1 도는 본 고안의 일부를 절취한 상태의 분리 사시도로서, 본체(1)내부에 형성된 수납실(3)에서 아이샤도우 케이스(4)가 이탈된 상태를 나타내는 것이고, 제 2 도는 본 고안의 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 A-A선에 따라본 확대단면도이다. 제 3 도는 본체(1)내의 수납실(3)에 아이샤도우 케이스(4)가 결합된 상태를 나타낸 본 고안의 요부확대 단면도이다.
수납실(3)이 형성된 본체(1)와 상부에 뚜껑(2)이 부착된 통상의 콤팩트케이스에 있어서, 상기 수납실(3)의 내저부 적당한 위치 즉, 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 수납 고정 가능한 위치에 고정편(8a)을 설치하고, 후방에는 아이샤도우 케이스(4)의 상단이 고정될 수 있도록 고정편(8)을 아래쪽에는 탄성걸림돌조(9)를 형성하였다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본체(1)내의 수납실(3)에 조립되는 아이샤도우 케이스(4)는 도면 제 3 도에 도시된 바와 같이 전후면에 각각 걸림홈(6)을 형성하고 그 하부에는 걸림턱(7)을 돌출시키며 상기 아이샤도우 케이스(4) 내부 중앙에는 소망하는 내용물을 각각 담을 수 있도록 격벽(5)을 설치하였다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용, 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
수납실(3)의 뒷쪽 벽면 상부에 내측으로 절곡 형성된 고정편(8)내에 아이샤도우 케이스(4) 상단을 끼워주게 되면 상기 아이샤도우 케이스(4)에 요설된 걸림홈(6) 내부에 탄성걸림돌조(9)가 걸리게 된다. 이때 약간 강압적으로 상기 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 밀어주게 되면 걸림홈(6) 내부에 걸린 탄성걸림돌조(9)가 뒤로 밀려나면서 상기 아이샤도우 케이스의 앞쪽에 형성된 걸림턱(7)이 수납실(3)내의 고정편(8a)에 고정되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 조립된 본 고안의 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 임의로 교환하고자 할 때에는 상기 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 뒷쪽으로 약간 밀면서 들어 올리면 상기 수납실 내의 고정편(8a)에서 아이샤도우 케이스(4)의 앞쪽에 형성된 걸림턱(7)이 이탈되어 분리되므로 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 간단히 교환할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 장기간 휴대시에도 수납실 내부에서 아이샤도우 케이스가 쉽게 이탈되지 않으며, 분리조립이 간편하여 그 사용이 편리한 매우 실용적인 고안이라 하겠다.

  1. 수납실이 형성된 본체와, 상부에 뚜껑이 부착된 통상의 콤팩트 케이스에 있어서, 전, 후면에 걸림홈(6)이 요설되고, 그 아래쪽에는 걸림턱(7)이 돌설된 아이샤도우 케이스와, 상기 아이샤도우 케이스(4)를 교체 가능하도록 수납하는 본체(1)의 내부 수납실(3)에는 고정편(8)(8a)을 내측으로 대응하도록 절곡 구성하되, 상기 수납실(3)의 뒷쪽에 형성되는 고정편(8)의 적당한 위치에 탄성 걸림돌조(9)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 교환식 아이샤도우 케이스의 착설 구조.
