Abstract

본 발명은 에틸렌 초산비닐수지 공중합체에 계면활성제를 혼합한 후 금속염인 칼슘스테아레이트를 첨가하여 제조한 균일하고 일정한 반응경화성 에멀젼을 주성분으로 하고 경화제로 포틀랜트 시멘트를 사용하여 얻어지는 도막방수재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 물 35-55중량부를 40-55℃로 가열하고 비이온 계면활성제 5-10중량부와 금속염인 칼슘 스테아레이트 40-60중량부를 첨가하여 유화분산시키고 180-200중량부의 에틸렌 초산비닐수지 공중합체와 잘 혼합시켜 만든 에멀젼을 주성분으?? k고 경화제로 포틀랜트 시멘트를 사용하여 주성분과 경화제의 배합비가 67:33-77:23의 중량비율로 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성모르타르 도막방수재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 스테아일 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 초산비닐수지 공중합체가 그 공중합체내 비닐 아세테이트기의 수가 103-129인 에틸렌 초산비닐수지 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
