Abstract
본 발명은 오스테나이트계 스테인레스나사 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 오스테나이트계 스테인레스나사 표면을 질화경화층으로 형성하여 경질화하는 동시에 외부공기에 접촉하는 나사머리등의 부분에 대해서는 상기 질화경화층을 제거하고 그들 부분에 내식성의 오스테나이트계 스테인레스바탕을 드러내게 하여 녹슬기 어렵게 하고 있으며, 나사산의 부분등에는 질화결화층을 잔존시키고 있고 그 경도등이 향상되어 나사의 태핑성능등이 향상된다.The present invention relates to an austenitic stainless steel screw and a method for manufacturing the austenitic stainless steel screw.
