Abstract

본 발명 탄성섬유의 고유한 물성인 우수한 탄성을 유지하면서도 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 수평균 분자량이 1,000∼3,000인 고분자량의 디올화합물 1몰과 디이소시아네이트 화합물 1.5∼2.7몰을 예비중합시킨 후에 불활성 유기용매중에 용해시켜 예비중합물의 용액을 제조한 다음, 예비중합물 1몰에 대하여 0.7∼0.95몰의 디아민화합물을 사용하여 말단의 디이소시아네이트를 쇄성장시키고, 쇄성장을 위해 사용되는 디아민화합물의 1∼10몰%에 해당되는 양의 모노아민화합물을 사용하여 쇄성장을 중지시킨 후에 중합체 용액중 폴리머 고형분에 대하여 0.05∼3중량%의 실리카계 화합물을 첨가하여 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액을 제조하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고분자량의 디올화합물과 디이소시아네이트 화합물을 예비중합하여 용제와 혼합시킨 후 디아민 화합물을 사용하여 말단의 이소시아네이트를 쇄성장시키고 모노아민화합물을 사용하여 말단을 봉쇄시키고, 실리카계 화합물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카계 화합물의 첨가비율은 중합물 고형분에 대하여 0.05∼3중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법.
