Abstract
본 발명 탄성섬유의 고유한 물성인 우수한 탄성을 유지하면서도 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 수평균 분자량이 1,000∼3,000인 고분자량의 디올화합물 1몰과 디이소시아네이트 화합물 1.5∼2.7몰을 예비중합시킨 후에 불활성 유기용매중에 용해시켜 예비중합물의 용액을 제조한 다음, 예비중합물 1몰에 대하여 0.7∼0.95몰의 디아민화합물을 사용하여 말단의 디이소시아네이트를 쇄성장시키고, 쇄성장을 위해 사용되는 디아민화합물의 1∼10몰%에 해당되는 양의 모노아민화합물을 사용하여 쇄성장을 중지시킨 후에 중합체 용액중 폴리머 고형분에 대하여 0.05∼3중량%의 실리카계 화합물을 첨가하여 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액을 제조하였다.

Claims (2)
- 고분자량의 디올화합물과 디이소시아네이트 화합물을 예비중합하여 용제와 혼합시킨 후 디아민 화합물을 사용하여 말단의 이소시아네이트를 쇄성장시키고 모노아민화합물을 사용하여 말단을 봉쇄시키고, 실리카계 화합물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 해사성이 우수한 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카계 화합물의 첨가비율은 중합물 고형분에 대하여 0.05∼3중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 탄성섬유용 중합체 용액의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
