본 고안은 회로차단기의 누전표시 장치에 관한 것으로 회로 차단기가 트립 되었을시 트립원인의 판별이 용이하게 됨에 주안점을 둔 것이다.
종래의 회로 차단기는 누전으로 인한 트립동작과 단락 및 과전류로 인한 트립동작을 구분할 수 있는 장치가 없어서 소비자들이 사용중 트립발생시에 단락, 과전류로 인한 트립인지 누전으로 인한 트립인지를 판별하는데에 많은 시간과 노력을 기울여서 부하단전체 선로를 점검하여야 하므로 사고원인 제거에 신속히 대처할 수 없게 되는 것으로 그 작동상태를 살펴보면 도면 제1도에서와 같이 누전발생시 영상 변류기(2)에서 이를 검출하고 이 검출된 신호가 전자회로부(1)에 입력된다.
입력된 신호는 전자회로부(1)에서 증폭되고, 그 증폭된 신호가 전자코일(7)에 인가되어, 유도자장이 발생되고 그 유도자장으로 전자코일내의 가동천심(6)이 흡인되어 진다.
따라서, 가동철심은 동작레버(5)를 당겨주게되어 트립봉(4)을 당겨 차단기를 트립시키게 된다.
한편 단락 또는 과전류 발생시에는 검출소자(9)가 상부의 가동철편(3)을 흡인하여 트립봉(4)을 밀어주게 되어 차단기를 트립시키게 되는데, 상기 양자의 상황발생시 회로차단기가 트립은 되나 트립동작 후 트립의 원인을 파악할 수 없게 되어 그 판별 및 원인제거에 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되는 문제점이 있는 것이었다.
따라서 본 고안은, 배선용 차단기의 기능에 누전차단기능을 추가한 구조로 되어 단락, 과 전류 검출 소자와 누전트립소자를 갖추고 있는데 누전트립장치중 전자코일부에 누전표시편을 설치하여 누전트립동작과 동시에 회로 차단기의 커버 상부로 돌출되게 하여 누전에 의한 트립임을 인지할 수 있도록 하여 그 원인해소가 신속히 이루어지도록 된 것으로서, 이하에서 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전자회로부(1)와 염상변류기(2) 및 단락, 과전류 검출소자(9)와 가동철심(6)이 내설된 전자코일(7)의 상기 가동철심에 의해 연동되는 동작레버(5) 및 트립봉(4)과 상기 검출소자내 의해 연동되는 가동철심(3)이 내설된 것에 있어서; 전자코일의 브래킷(71)상부에는 동작레버 복귀용 스프링체(S1)가 탄설되고 상단부(11)가 커버를 관통 돌출가능하고 하단부에는 가동 홀더 걸림용 걸림턱(12)을 구비함과 동시 중앙일측에는 동작레버걸림용 돌출편(13)과 다른일측면에 상기 전자코일의 브래킷(71)에 스프링체(S2)로 탄설되는 일정길이의 누전표시편(10)이 설치된 것으로서 도면중 미설명부호 14는 스프링체(S2)지지용봉 이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작동상태를 살펴보면 먼저 단락 및 과전류에 의한 트립동작시는 검출소자(9)가 가동철편(3)을 흡인하게 되고 따라서 가동철편이 트립봉(4)을 실어 주게 되어 차단기를 트립시키게 된다.
이때, 전자코일(7)의 동작레버(5)에 걸려있는 누전 표시편(10)은 전자코일(7)이 동작되지 않으므로 돌출하지 않게 된다.
한편, 누전발생시의 트립동작을 살펴보면 누전이 영상변류기(2)에 검출되는 검출된 신호는 전자회로부(1)에서 증폭되어 전자코일(7)에 인가된다.
전자코일에 증폭된 신호가 인가되면 유도 자장이 발생되어 가동철심(6)을 흡인하게 되고 이에 연결된 동작레버(5)를 당겨주게 된다.
따라서 트립봉(4)을 당겨줌과 동시에 동작레버(5)에 걸려있는 누전표시편(10)의 걸림편(13)을 해제시킴과 동시 압축되었던 스프링체(S2)의 탄성으로 누전표시편(10)의 상단부(11)가 커버 상부로 돌출하게 된다.
따라서, 커버위로 돌출되는 누전표시편(10)을 식별하여 트립의 원인을 알 수 있도록 되는 것이다.
그리고 트립발생원인을 판별, 제거한 뒤의 차단기 재투입 동작을 살펴뵤면, 가동홀더(8)가 누전표시편(10)말단부의 걸림턱(12)을 걸어 당기게되고 동작레버(6)에 누전표시편(10)중앙부의 걸림편(13)이 걸리게 되어 돌출이전의 상태로 스프링체(S2)를 압축시키며 복귀되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성되고 작동되는 본 고안은 회로차단기 단락, 과부하 및 누전등의 원인으로 트립 되었을때 누전표시편의 상태를 보고 트립원인을 판별할 수 있게 되어 트립원인제거에 신속정확히 대처할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 영상변류기(2)와 전자회로부(1)및 단락과전류 검출소자(9)와 가동철심(6)이 내설된 전자코일(7)의 상기 가동철심에 의해 연동되는 동작 레버(5)및 트립봉(4)과 상기 검출 소자에 의해 연동되는 가동철편(3)이 내설된 것에 있어서; 전자코일의 브래킷(71)상부에는 동작레버 복귀용 스프링체(S1)가 탄설되고, 상단부(11)가 커버를 관통돌출 가능하고 하단부에는 가동홀더 걸림용 걸림턱(12)을 구비함과 동시 중앙일측에는 동작레버 걸림용 돌출편(13)과 다른일측면에 상기 전자코일의 브래킷에 스프링체(S2)로 탄설되는 일정길이의 누전표시편(10)이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 누전표시장치.
