본 고안은 용융금속을 고압으로 금형에 사출하여 주물을 주조하는 다이 케스팅(Die Casting)금형의 냉각장치에 관한것으로, 특히, 여러개의 냉각 닛플(Nipple)을 한곳으로 모아 중앙집중식 냉각박스(Bos)에 연결하므로 인해 닛플 수를 줄이고, 이로인해 기종변경시간 단축 및 생산성 향상과 다이케스팅 금형의 냉각부위에 파이프를 이용하여 냉각장치를 자유롭게 설치하여 다이케스팅 금형을 냉각시킬 수 있는 다이케스팅 금형 냉각장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus of a die casting mold for casting castings by injecting molten metal into a mold at high pressure.
