제올라이트의 한 종류인 모더나이트를 강산으로 비등 처리 및 스팀 처리하여 실리카/알루미나 몰비를 조절한 후 수세(水洗) 및 공기 분위기 중에서 소성(燒成)시킨 것,(a), 실리카/알루미나 몰비를 조절하고 은, 구리, 아연 등의 살균성 금속을 이온 교환시킨 후 수세 및 공기 분위기 중에서 소성시킨 것(b)과, 파장 4∼25㎛영역의 방사율 적분치가 500℃에서 0.4이상인 미립자 산화물 세라믹(c)를 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 균일혼합하고 용융압축시켜 얻은 펠렛상 조성물을 폴리프로필렌과 혼합 용융 반사한 후 웹 형성 및 열접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균방취성 및 원적외선 방사성을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 장성유 부직포의 제조방법.Mordenite, a kind of zeolite, is boiled and steamed with strong acid to adjust silica / alumina molar ratio, and then calcined in water and air atmosphere, (a), to control silica / alumina molar ratio.
