Claims (6)
- PVC계 수지 발포체를 제조함에 있어서, 발포제와 트리아진티올 가교제로서 PVC계 수지를 가교시킴과 동시에 연속적으로 3차원 발포체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 PVC 수지의 3차원 발포체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체는 아조디카본아미드, TS, OBSH 중 한가지 이상을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 PVC 수지의 3차원 발포체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리아진 티올은 PVC계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1∼10중량부로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 PVC 수지의 3차원 발포체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 트리아진 티올은 2,4,6-트리머캡토-S-트리아진, 2,4,6-트리머캡토-S-트리아진-모노소듐염, 2-디부틸아미노-4,6-디머캡토-S-트리아진, 2-아닐리노-4,6-디머캡토-S-트리아진 임을 특징으로 하는 PVC 수지의 3차원 발포체 제조방법.
- 발포제와 트리아진티올 가교제로서 PVC계 수지를 가교시킴과 동시에 3차원 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 의한 PVC 수지 3차원 발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 트리아진티올 가교제를 PVC 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1∼10중량부 함유함을 특징으로 하는 PVC 수지 3차원 발포체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
