본 고안은 두뇌단련용 명상용기기에 관한 것으로, 각 구성요소를 일체로 결합하여 휴대나 사용이 간편하여 언제, 어디서나 편리하게 명상할 수 있는 명상용기기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
종래의 명상용기기는 그 구성요소인 안경과 헤드폰, 전자장치등이 각각 분리되어 있어서 휴대나 조립이 불편할 뿐만 아니라 이것을 사용할 때 우선 안경을 써야 하는데, 이때 안경자체가 앞이 보이지 않게 조성된 안경이기 때문에 이와 같은 안경을 조작할때에 안경에 부착된 전선과 헤드폰에 부착된 전선이 서로 엉키고 조작스위치의 작동도 원활치 못하여 사용이 불편함을 면치 못하였다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 고안한 것으로서, 이하 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전구(2)(2)가 부착된 안경테(1) 상단에 음향합성기(3)와 뒷면에 순차주파수 발생장치(4)를 장치하고, 안경다리(5)에 이어폰(6)을 착설함을 특징으로 하는 명상용기기이다. 미설명 부호 7은 작동스위치이다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상적인 명상용기기의 원리를 설명하면 우리의 뇌는 단전호흡이나 명상등을 통하여 깊은 수련에 들어가면 저뇌파상태가 되는데, 이러한 수련은 매일 일정한 수련을 통하여 얻어지는데 보다 간편하게 저뇌파상채로 들어가기 위하여 여러 가지 방법이 시도되고 있으나, 최근에는 빛과 소리로 뇌의 리듬을 조절해 주는 방법이 개발되였다. 즉, 빛은 일정한 주기로 눈에 자극을 주면 그 주기와 동일한 전기에너지가 망막을 자극하여 시신경을 거쳐서 뇌를 자극하게 되고 뇌는 그 주기와 동일한 운동을 하게 된다. 또한, 귀를 통하여 들어오는 단속적(斷續的)인 음향도 그 음향의 주기와 동일하게 뇌가 운동하게 되므로 이와 같은 뇌의 특성에 착안하여 일상생활에서 졸음이 오는 상태로 유도하는 것이 본 고안의 기본원리이다.
우리의 뇌는 통상적으로 일할 때 20HZ 정도의 뇌파를 발산하고 있으나, 명상에 잠겼을때에는 14HZ정도로 서서히 떨어지며 잠든 상태가 되면 4-7HZ정도로 내려가게 되는데, 이와 같은 뇌파상태에서는 창조활동이 일어나게 되므로 우리의 뇌가 의식을 가지고 있는 상태에서 저뇌파상태를 경험하게 되면 뇌의 활동이 활발해지고 명석한 두뇌를 유지할수 있는 것이다. 그러나 일반적으로 저뇌파발생가 되는 졸음이 오기 때문에 우리는 아무일도 하지 못하므로 이와 같은 졸음이 오는 상태를 벗어나서 의식을 가지게 하는 훈련이 종래와 단전호흡이나 명상법인데, 방법은 무척이나 어렵고 힘드므로 빛과 소리를 듣고 있는 상태에서 이와 같은 경험을 얻게 하는 것이 명상용기기의 기본원리이며, 본 고안은 이와 같은 기본원리에 입각하여 더욱 간편하게 구성한 것이다.
본 고안의 작용을 도면에 의하여 설명하면 음향합성기(3)는 통상적인 IC 음향합성용회로를 사용하고, 순차주파수 발생장치(4)는 마이크로프로세서(MICRO PROCESS)를 사용하며, 처음 주파수를 통상적인 뇌의 주파수인 20HZ 부근에서 3-4분간 발생시키면서 점차 낮은 주파수로 이동(18,17,16,…10HZ)하면, 뇌는 이에 동조하여 합치되는 수치로 뇌파가 내려가다가 약4-5HZ까지 떨어지면, 이때부터 10분 또는 15분동안 계속 유지되는데 뇌는 저뇌파상태에서 활발하게 작용한다.
이와같은 뇌파수의 변동은 좌, 우의 이어폰(6)(6)에 의하여 주파수의 단속음(예를 들면 200HZ와 408HZ의 홈합음 8HZ)이 20HZ로부터 점차적으로 낮은 주기로 작동되고, 동시에 좌, 우의 전구(2)(2)도 같은 주기로 깜빡거려지고 눈과 귀도 동일한 주기로 뇌에 전달되어 진다. 작동스위치(7)는 작동내용에 따라 선택적으로 사용되며 뇌가 저뇌파상태를 유지하는 시간, 즉 10분 내지 30분 정도의 시간을 임의 조정할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 명상용기기의 각 구성요소인 안경테와 안경다리에 일체로 조립결합하여 휴대와 사용이 간편한 매우 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 안경테(1)와 음향합성기(3), 순차주파수 발생장치(4) 및 이어폰(6)으로 구성된 명성용기기에 있어서, 전구(2)(2)가 부착된 안경테(1) 상단에 음향합성기(3)와 뒷면에 순차주파수 발생장치(4)를 장치하고, 안경다리(5)에 이어폰(6)을 착설함을 특징으로 하는 명상용기기.
