본 고안은 비디오 테이프 레코오더에 장진하여 사용되는 테이프 카세트의 리드록킹(LID LOCKING)장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 테이프 카세트의 하부쉘 일측 방향에 설치되어 테이프 카세트를 레코오드에 장진하거나 취출시킬때 선단쪽의 리드를 로크 해제 시켜주는 리드록을 하부쉘과 일체로 사출성형시켜, 구조가 간단하면서 자체 텐션력으로 리드록이 동작하여 리드를 로크, 해제시켜 줄수 있도록 비디오 테이프카세트의 리드록킹(LID LOCKING)장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 비디오 테이프 레코오더에 장진하여 사용하는 테이프 카세트의 일측에는 선단쪽의 리드를 로크, 해제시켜 줄 수 있게 리드록이 리드스프링으로 탄력설치되어, 테이프 카세트를 레코오더에 장진하거나, 취출시킬때 리드스프링의 탄력을 받아 자체 회전하면서 리드를 로크시켰다. 해제시켜 주는 리드록킹 장치가 설치사용되는데, 종래의 리드로킹 장치를 보면 제5도에서 보는 바와 같이 상부쉘(B)과 하부쉘(B)') 및 리드(C)로 구성되는 테이프 카세트(A)의 하부쉘(B')일측으로 별개로 제작된 리드록(D)을 리드스프링(E)으로 탄력설치하여 선단쪽 리드록(D)을 리드스프링(E)으로 탄력설치하여 선단쪽 리드(D)와 연계 동작 할 수 있게 구성된다.
따라서 이와 같은 종래의 리드록킹 장치는 하부쉘에 별도로 제작된 리드록을 리드스프링과 함께 탄력적으로 조립시켜야 하므로, 부품수의 과다로 인하여 조립공정 작업이 복잡하므로서 작업능률과 생산성이 저하 될 뿐아니라, 부품수 과다로 제조 원가를 상승시키는 요인이 되었고, 이에 따라 제품의 원가 상승 요인이 되었으며, 다수의 부품 연계 동작으로 리드가 로크, 해제되기 때문에 리드의 개폐 동작불량이 잦아 제품의 품질 및 신뢰성을 저하시키는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 보완하고져, 테이프 카세트의 하부쉘 일측에 설치되는 리드록을 하부쉘과 일체로 사출성형시켜, 부품수와 조립공정수를 절감시킬 수 있게 한것으로서 이하 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성을 보면 제1도에서 보는 바와 같이 통상적으로 상,하부쉘(2)(2')과 리드(3) 및 리드록(4)과 리드스프링(5)으로 구성되는 테이프 카세트(1)에 있어서, 테이프 카세트(1)의 하부쉘(2')일측으로 리드스프링(5)과 함께 조립 설치되며 로크돌기(6)을 갖는 리드록(4)을 제2도에서 보는 바와 같이 하부쉘(2')의 일측에 텐션부(7)를 갖도록 일체로 사출 성형시켜 구성된 것이다.
그러므로 테이프카세트(1)의 하부쉘(2)(2')일측으로 리드록(4)을 설치하고자 할때, 제3도에서 보는 바와 같이 리드록(4)이 하부쉘(2')에 일체로 형성되어 종래처럼 리드록(4)을 하부쉘(2')의 일측에 리드스프링(5)과 함께 별도로 조립설치하지 않게 되므로, 작업 공정수가 절박감되고, 부품수가 절감되어 작업능률과 생산성이 향상 될뿐아니라, 부품수의 절감으로 제조원가를 절감시킬 수 있었고, 특히 리드록이 다수의 부품과 연계 동작하지 않고, 자체 텐션부의 탄력을 받아 리드와 함께 동작되므로, 리드의 개폐 동작이 부드럽고 원활하게 이루어져 제품의 신뢰성과 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과도 얻고자 한것이다.

  1. 통상적으로 상, 하부쉘(2)(2')과 리드(3)의 일측으로 리드스프링(5)과 함께 리드록(4)이 탄력설치되는 테이프 카세트(1)에 있어서, 테이프 카세트(1)의 하부쉘(2')일측과 텐션부(7)로 연결되게 리드록(4)를 일체로 형성시켜 된 것을 특징으로 한 비디오 테이프 카세트의 리드록킹(LID LOCKING)장치.
