Description

투명체를 이용한 용접 마스크의 투시창
제 1도는 본고안의 단면도.
제 2도는 본고안의 반사각도를 표시한 요부단면도.
본 고안은 용접마스크의 투시부를 돌출시키되, 각기 다른 각도로 굴곡지게 하여 용접시 발생된 아크를 이 내부에 부착되어 있는 유리로 하여금 반복 반사시킴과 동시에, 흡수하여 눈의 피로를 감소시킬수 있도록 한 투명체를 이용한 용접마스크의 투시창에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 투시창에 1겹의 반투명체를 부착하였는데, 이는 용접시 발생된 아크를 일부 차단하는 효과만 있었다.
즉, 종래 마스크를 사용하여 장시간 용접을 하게되면, 자외선, X선, 감마선등의 해로운 전자기파에 의해 눈을 포함한 안면에 않은 해를 입혔던 것이다.
그러나, 본고안은 다수개의 투명, 반투명 반사체를 이용하여 인체에 해로운 파장이 짧은 광선등은 투과시켜 흡수시키고. 파장이 길어 반사성질이 큰 가시광선은 반사시켜 용접작업자의 눈에 들어오게 하여 용접시 눈의 피로를 감소시키는 것으로, 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 투시창(4)이 형성된 보안면(2) 하단에 손잡이(3)가 부착된 것에 용접마스크(1)에 있어서, 투시창(4)을 굴곡지게 돌출시키되, 투시창(4) 내부에 각기 다른 각도로 다수개의 투명체(5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) (11)를 부착시켜서된 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안의 작용효과는 다음과 같다.
먼저, 용접시 발생된 아크가 투명체(5)를 통과하여 투명체(6)로 빛이 전달되는데, 여기에서 일부의 빛은 투명체(6)를 통과하여 투시창(4) 밖으로 배출되고, 나머지는 투명체(7)로 반사되며, 여기에서도 일부는 투시창(4) 밖으로 배출되며, 나머지는 투명체(8)→투명체(9)→투명체(10)→투명체(11)로 반사되어 걸러진다.
이와같은 반복으로 각 투명체(5) (6) (7)(8) (9) (10) (11)하나하나가 필터 역할을 하므로써, 최종적으로 눈에 전해지는 해로운 광선은 미량에 해당된다.
한편, 투시창(4)은 광선을 흡수할수 있는 불투명 재질을 사용하였는바, 투명체(6)(7) (8) (9) (10)가 불투명체인 투시창(4)내부에 부착되어 거울과 같은 반사작용을 하는 것이다.
그러나, 투명체(5) (6) (7)(8) (9) (10) (11)를 불투명체로 하여도 무방하다.
이상과 같이 본고안은 투시창을 각기 다른 각도로 굴곡지게 하여 이 내부에 부착된 투명체에서 반사 및 투과되도록 하므로써 용접자의 눈을 보호할수 있는 유용한 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 투시창(4)이 형성된 보안면(2) 하단에 손잡이(3)가 부착된 것에 용접마스크(1)에 있어서, 투시창(4)을 굴곡지게 돌출시키되, 투시창(4) 내부에 각기 다른 각도로 다수개의 투명체(5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) (11)를 부착시켜서된 투명체를 이용한 용접마스크의 투시창.
