본 고안은 인삼재배밭의 지면위에 덮어서 잡초성장을 방지하고 보습 및 지반의 굳어짐을 보호하기 위하여 사용되는 인삼밭 합성수지 필름덮개에 관한 것이다.
종래에 인삼밭에는 왕겨 및 볏짚을 지면에 깔어 부초로 사용하였으나 근래 볏짚의 판매량이 적어지고 또 볏짚은 곧 썩어 벌레 잡균 등이 번식하므로 인삼재배에 부적당하고 또 장기간 지나는 동안 볏짚이 썩으면 밭두둑의 양측 경사지가 우기 빗물로 인하여 붕괴되어 패이므로 인삼재배에 큰 피해를 입는 결함이 있있다.
본 고안은 종래 그와 같은 결함을 해소하고, 종래 부초대용으로 사용될 수 있게하기 위하여 폴리에치렌필름사를 합성수지 모노사로 일정간격으로 엮어 형성시킨 폭 160㎝의 합성수지 필름덮개를 만들되 인삼이 솟아오르는 중간부인 인삼재배칸 부분은 단겹으로 성글게 엮어 인삼싹이 용이 솟아날 수 있게 하고 양측은 인삼밭양측 경사지를 덮는 3중겹으로 두껍게 엮어 제직하여서 빗물에 의한 붕괴를 방지할 수 있도록 구성하여 장기간 안전한 인삼밭 덮개로 이용할 수 있을뿐더러 인건비의 절감을 가져올 수 있도록 할 목적으로 착안한 것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
폴리에치렌 필름사(3)를 소재로 하고 합성수지 모노사(2)를 사용하여 제직기로 통상의 방법으로 엮어서 덮개(1)를 형성함에 있어서, 덮개(1)의 중간부(4)는 인삼이 그 위로 솟아오르는 곳은 100㎝를 6등분하여 6개의 인삼재배칸(5)을 엮어 형성하되 중간부(4)는 단겹으로 형성하고 또 덮개(1)의 좌우측은 각각30㎝로 하여 조밀하게 엮어 형성하되 3중겹으로 엮어서 인삼밭(7)의 양측 경사지(7')의 덮개판(8),(8')을 형성하여서 된 것이다.
그리고 본 고안은 중간부(4)는 폴리에치렌 필름사(3)를 베이지색으로 하고 또 덮개판(8),(8')은 흑색의 폴리에치렌 필름사(3)로 제직하여 제품의 규격화를 기하도록 한다. 도면중 미설명 부호 9는 양측 마무리부이다.
이와 같이 형성된 본 고안은 전폭이 160㎝의 폭으로 제직되는 것으로 덮개(1)를 인삼밭(7)에 덮으면 중간부(4)는 인삼이 자라는 밭위에 덮어지고, 좌우측의 덮개판(8),(8')는 인삼밭(7)의 양측경사지(7')에 덮어지며, 그 양측 마무리부(9)에는 고정 나무못을 꽂아두므로서 설치가 되어 바람에도 날리는 폐단없이 안전하게 설치가 된다 그리고 6개의 인삼재배칸(5)은 인삼이 6줄로 재배된다.
본 고안의 덮개(1)는 중간부(4) 6개의 인삼재배칸(5) 부분은 단겹으로 성글게 제작된 것이므로 인삼싹이 용이하게 솟아오르게 되며, 합성수지 필름사로 제직된 덮개(1)가 면밀하게 제작된 것이어서 잡초성장을 완전히 방지할 수 있고 보습과 지반의 굳어짐을 보호하는데 매우 유효한 효과가 있다.
더욱이 덮개(l)의 양측 덮개판(8),(8')는 3중겹으로 두껍게 엮어 제직 형성되므로 잡초가 많이 자라는 발경사지(7')의 잡초 성장을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있어 인건비 절감이 되고 또 우기에 빗물에도 경사지(7')가 안전하여 인삼밭의 붕괴가 없고 인삼재배를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 매우 유효한 고안이다.

- 폴리에치렌 필름사(3)를 소재로 합성수지 모노사(2)를 사용하여 통상의 방법으로 엮어 덮개(1)를 형성함에 있어서, 덮개(1)의 중간부(4) 인삼재배칸(5)은 단겹으로 형성하고, 좌우측 덮개판(8),(8')을 3중겹으로 제직 형성하여 된 인삼밭 합성수지 필름덮개.
