통상 1숏트 패리트는 상부판의 하부로 각 4코너와 그 사이 중간부에 하부다리를 그리고 중앙하부로 중앙다리를 형성시키고 각 하부다리의 강도를 위하여 이 4측 가장자리의 각 코너다리와 중간다리는 가장자리 하부연결대로 연결시키고 중앙다리도 양측중간 다리와 하부연결대로서 상호 연결시켜서 강도를 보강시키는 것으로 부피가 큰 패리를 금형으로 사출 성형시 패리트의 4측 가장자리의 하부연결대는 금형의 4측부에 근접되어 있어서 길이가 짧은 사이드코어를 사용하므로 금형의 구조가 비교적 간편하나 중앙다리와 가장자리의 중간다리와의 하부연결대는 측방향에서 거리가 멀므로 사이드코어를 사용시 사이드코어의 길이가 길어서 금형의 구조가 매우 난이해지고 또한 사출성형시 길이가 긴 사이드코어의 전후 작동으로 사출기간이 길어서 생산량을 저하시키는 원인이 되었다.In general, one-shot parit forms four corners at the bottom of the upper plate and a lower leg at the middle part between them, and a middle leg at the bottom of the middle part.
