Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 염기성인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산 부가염.상기식에서, R1은 알콕시카보닐, 아르알콕시카보닐, 알카노일, 아르알카노일, 헤테로사이클릴카보닐 또는 일반식(여기서, R8은 알콕시카보닐, 아르알콕시카보닐, 알카노일, 아로일, 아르알카노일 또는 헤테로사이클릴카보닐이고, R9는 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알킬알킬, 아르알킬, 시아노알킬, 카바모일알킬, 알킬티오알킬, 알콕시 알킬 또는 알콕시카보닐알킬이다)의 그룹이고, R2는 알킬, 사이클로알킬알킬 또는 아르알킬이며, R3는 수소이고, R4는 하이드록시를 나타내거나, 또는 R3및 R4가 함께 옥소를 나타내며, R5는 알콕시카보닐 또는 알킬카바모일이고, R6및 R7은 함께 알킬에 의해 또는 인접한 탄소원자상에서 페트라메틸렌에 의해 임의로 치환된 트리메틸렌 또는 테트라메틸렌을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 3급-부톡시카보닐 또는 일반식(ⅰ) (여기서, R8은 벤질옥시카보닐, 3,5-디클로로벤조일 또는 2-퀴놀릴카보닐이고, R9는 이소프로필, 3급-부틸, 벤질, 시아노메틸, 카바모일메틸, 메틸티오메틸 또는 메톡시 카보닐메틸이다)의 그룹이고 R2가 벤질이며 R3가 수소이고 R4가 하이드록시이며 R5가 메톡시카보닐 또는 3급-부틸 카바모일이고 R6및 R7이 함께 비치환된 테트라메틸렌을 나타내는 화합물.
- 2(S)-[3(S)-[[N-(-2-퀴놀릴카보닐)-L-아스파라기닐]아미노]-2(R)-하이드록시-4-페닐부틸]-N-3급-부틸-1(R)-사이클로헥산-카복시아미드.
- (a) R1이 알콕시카보닐 또는 아르알콕시카브닐이고 R3가 수소이며 R4가 하이드록시인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산으로 처리하거나, (b) 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 그룹 R1을 도입시키는 아실화제와 반응시키거나, (c) R1이 일반식(ⅰ) 의 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ) 의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, 일반식(Ⅳ) 의 화합물을 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 그룹 R8을 도입시키는 아실화제와 반응시키거나, (d) R3및 R4가 함께 옥소를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, R3가 수소이고 R4가 하이드록시인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 산화시키고/시키거나, (e) 경우에 따라, 부분입체이성체 라세미체의 혼합물을 부분입체이성체 라세미체 또는 광학적으로 순수한 부분입체 이성체로 분리시키고/시키거나, (f) 경우에 따라, 부분입체이성체의 혼합물을 광학적으로 순수한 부분입체이성체로 분리시키고/시키거나, (g) 경우에 따라, 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염기성 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용되는 산 부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아미노산 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1a는 알콕시카보닐 또는 아르알콕시카보닐이고, R2는 알킬, 사이클로알킬알킬 또는 아르알킬이며, R3는 수소이고, R4는 하이드록시를 나타내거나, 또는 R3및 R4가 함께 옥소를 나타내며, R5는 알콕시카보닐 또는 알킬카바모일이고, R6및 R7은 함께 알킬에 의해 또는 인접한 탄소원자상에서 테트라메틸렌에 의해 임의로 치환된 트리메틸렌 또는 테트라메틸렌을 나타내고, R9는 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알킬알킬, 아르알킬, 시아노알킬. 카바모일알킬, 알킬티오알킬, 알콕시알킬 또는 알콕시카보닐알킬이다.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아미노산 유도체 및 치료적으로 불활성인 부형제를 함유하는, 바이러스성 감염을 예방 및 치료하기 위한 약제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
