Claims (3)

  1. 포장지(1)에 있어서 열수축성 PVC필름(2)의 내면에 약 9μ정도 두께의 알루미늄 필름(8) 또는 금속처리된 폴리에스터 필름(9)을 접착제(5)로 부착 형성하여 구성됨을 특징으로한 열수축성 포장지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PVC필름(2)과 알루미늄 필름(8) 또는 금속처리된 폴리에스터 필름(9)을 부착 형성하는 접착제(5)는 일정간격(ℓ),(x)으로 접착제층(5a)과 비접착제층(5b)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로한 열수축성 포장지.
  3. 열수축성 PVC필름(2)을 1차 보빈(3)에서 연속적으로 1차 안내롤러(4)(4')가 풀어 이송시키면서, 접착제 분사통(6)의 노즐부(7)에서 그 상면에 접착제(5)를 도포하여 접착제층(5a)과 비접착제층(5b)을 형성하여주고, 다음으로 2차 보빈(10)에서 알루미늄 필름(8) 또는 폴리에스터 필름(9)을 풀어주면 2차 안내롤러(11)(11')가 가부착시키면서 압압롤러(12)(12')가 완전밀착시켜 열수축성 포장지(1)를 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 한 열수축성 포장지 제조방법.
