Claims (1)

  1. 스크램블키이, 서어비스키이에 의해 암호화된 데이타를 수신측의 수신자고유키에 의해 원래의 신호로 복원하는 스크램블링 시스템에 있어서, 상기 스크램블키이신호(KS) 및 서어비스키이 신호(WK)를 혼합하여 제어단어(CW)를 생성하는 콘트롤워드생성기(3)와, 상기 콘트롤워드생성기(3)의 출력신호 및 스트램블키이신호(KS)를 혼합하여 커트포인트데이타를 발생하는 스크램블링패턴신호발생기(2)와 상기 커트포인트데이타에 의해 원래의 신호(SS)를 임의로 커트하여 비화하는 스크램블러(1)와, 상기 서어비스키이신호(WK)에 의해 프로그램데이타(PD) 및 콘트롤워드생성기(3)의 제어단어(CW1)를 혼합하여 암호화시키는 암호기(5)와, 상기 정보그룹 공통키신호(GK)를 수신자고유키이신호(UKT)에 의해 암호화시키는 암호기(6)와, 상기 스크램블러(1) 및 암호기(4),(5),(6)의 출력신호를 합성하여 신호분리기(9)를 통해 전송하는 신호합성기(8)와, 상기 신호분리기(9)의 수신자고유키이신호(eUKT)를 수신자가 보유하고 있는 수신자고유키이신호(UKR)에 의해 원래의 정보그룹공통키이신호(GK)로 복원하는 복호기(15)와, 상기 정보그룹공통키이신호(GK)에 의해 신호분리기(9)의 정보그룹공통키이신호(eGK)를 부호화하여 원래의 서어비스키이신호(WK) 및 개인별정보신호(CE)로 복원하는 복호기(14)와 상기 신호분히기(9)의 서어비스키이신호(eWK)를 보호화하여 원래의 프로그램데이타(PD) 및 제어단어(CW1)로 복원하는 복호기(13)와, 상기 복호기(13),(14)의 프로그램데이타(PD) 및 개인별정보신호(CE)를 비교하여 그에 따른 제어신호를 출력하는 데이타배교조합기(16)와, 상기 서어비스키이신호(WK) 및 신호분리기(9)의 스크램블키이신호(eKS)를 합성하여 제어단어(CW2)를 생성하는 콘트롤워드생성기(12)와, 상기 데이타비교조합기(16)의 출력신호에 따라 콘트롤워드생성기(12) 및 복호기(13)의 제어단어(CW1)(CW2)를 선택하는 절체기(17)와, 상기 절체기(17)의 출력신호 및 신호분리기(9)의 스크램블키이신호(eKS)를 합성하여 커트포인트데이타를 발생하는 스크램블링패턴신호발생기(11)와, 상기 커트포인트데이타에 의해 암호화된 원래의 신호(eSS)를 디스크램블시키는 디스크램블러(1)로 구성함을 특징으로 한 스크램블링 시스템.
