Claims (1)

유압굴삭기등에서 원동기로 사용되는 연료분사펌프에 의해 연료가 공급되는 디젤엔진에 있어서 엔진의 시동 및 정지신호를 출력해 주는 엔진시동스위치(2)와 이 엔진시동스위치(2)의 시동신호에 따라 엔진을 구동시켜 주는 스타트모터(5), 엔진의 가버너의 드로틀밸브의 개폐량을 조절해 주는 드로틀모터(6), 엔진의 회전속도를 감지하는 속도센서(4), 엔진 냉각수온을 감지하는 수온센서(3), 연료탱크로부터 가버너로 흐르는 연료를 제어해 주는 연료공급밸브(7), 각 전기계동으로 전원을 공급해 주는 DC전원공급기(8), 엔진을 예열시켜 주는 예열기(9), 경보신호를 출력해 주는 알람표시부(10), 운전자의 조작에 따른 작업시호를 전달해 주는 조작수단(1) 및 상기 구성 요소들을 총체적으로 제어해 주는 전자식 콘트롤러(23)로 구성된 엔진 구동시스템에 있어서, 엔진시동스위치(2)가 온위치로 되면 가버너조정용 드로틀모터(6)가 구동되어 가버너조정용 드로틀을 시동위치로 설정해 놓음과 더불어 연료공급밸브(7)를 온시키고, 엔진시동스위치(2)가 스타트위치로 되면 상기 조작수단 (1)이 중립에 위치 하고 있는가를 확인하여 중립에 위치하고 있으면 상기 스타트 모터(5)를 온시켜 엔진을 시동시키며, 이때 엔진회전속도가 일정속도이상이 되면 시동을 완료시키고, 엔진이 시동이 안걸리는 경우에는 일정주기로 2~3회 반복해서 시동을 다시 걸어 시동이 걸리도록 하며, 시동중 냉각수온이 일정온도이하가 될때에는 상기 예열기(9)를 작동시켜 시동이 걸릴 수 있도록 해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진시동 시스템.In a diesel engine supplied with fuel by a fuel injection pump used as a prime mover in a hydraulic excavator or the like, an engine start switch 2 which outputs start and stop signals of the engine and an engine start signal according to the start signal of the engine start switch 2 A start motor (5) for driving the engine, a throttle motor (6) for controlling the opening and closing amount of the throttle valve of the governor of the engine, a speed sensor (4) for detecting the rotational speed of the engine, and a water temperature sensor for detecting the engine cooling water temperature (3), a fuel supply valve (7) for controlling fuel flowing from the fuel tank to the governor, a DC power supply (8) for supplying power to each electric system, a preheater (9) for preheating the engine, and an alarm signal In the engine drive system consisting of an alarm display unit 10 for outputting a control unit, an operation means (1) for transmitting a work time according to the driver's operation, and an electronic controller (23) for controlling the components as a whole.
