인분을 주원료한 피복형 입자식 유기복합비료를 생산하기 위해서는 본문에서 간단히 설명한 바와같이 인분에 투입되어 있는 비 분해 물질등을 완전히 제거한 다음 수분 제거기를 이용하여 인분에 함유되어 있는 수분을 50% 제거하고 여기에 잘 건조되어 분쇠된 연탄재, 톱밥, 곡피, 계분, 소석회 등을 혼합시켜서 이것들이 인분에 잔유되어 있는 수분등을 각기 분산 흡수하게 하고, 여기에 유기발효제를 혼가하여 발효탱크에 유입시킨 다음 섭씨 45℃∼50℃의 열을 유지시키면서 약 일주일간에 걸쳐서 발효를 시킨 다음 여기에다가 토양 살춘제 및 응고제 또는 접착제 등을 혼가하여 회정 압축기를 이용하여 입자가 형성되게 하는 것인데 이때 피복제를 분무하여 피복을 입히게 됨으로 양질의 피복형 입자식 복합비료를 생산하게 되는 제조방법인 것임.In order to produce coated particulate organic compound fertilizer mainly containing phosphorus, the non-degradable substances in the phosphorus are completely removed as described in the main text, and then 50% of the moisture contained in the phosphorus is removed using a moisture remover.
