전자빔이 통과하는 다수의 어퍼쳐(aperture)가 그 빔통과 평면에 형성되며 이를 고정 지지하는 프레임과 함께 음극선관의 패널에 고정되는 칼라 음극선관용 섀도우마스크에 있어서, 상기 섀도우마스크의 표면에 알루미늄막과 질화알루미늄(AIN)막이 순차 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 음극선관용 섀도우마스크.A plurality of apertures through which an electron beam passes are formed in the plane of the beam passage, and are fixed to the panel of the cathode ray tube together with a frame for fixing and supporting the beam, wherein the shadow mask for the cathode ray tube is formed with an aluminum film on the surface of the shadow mask.
