음이온 교환수지를 유기용제로 새척하여 알킬화 시약에 수시간 침지한 후 용액을 제거한 수지를 triiodide(I-3) 용액과 충분히 반응시키고 반응한 수지를 25℃∼30℃에서 이온화되지 않은 2차 증류수로 질산은 시험(Silver nitrate test)과 카으뮴 요오드 선형 전분시험(Cadmium iodide linear starch test)이 음이될때까지 수세하여 얻어지는 살균제로서 미생물에 오염된 물이 살균제를 통과할때 소독되어지는것을 특징으로 하는 살균제의 제조방법.The anion exchange resin was reclaimed with an organic solvent and immersed in an alkylating reagent for several hours, and then the resin was removed from the solution.
