본 발명은 복사기, 레이저 프린터, 팩시밀리 등과 같은 전자사진 프로세서에 있어서 전사작업과 감광드럼에 밀착된 용지를 분리하는 과정을 동시에 일어날 수 있도록 한 장치에 관한 것이다. 대전기(25)의 코로나방전에 의해 감광드럼(photoconductor)(28)의 표면을 골고루 대전하고 감광드럼(28)의 회전에 의해 대전된 부분은 노광램프(exposure lamp)(22)의 광원에 의해 원고대(Platen glass)(21)상의 원고(Original)로부터반사된 빛으로 노광한다. 이 노광에 의해 4개의 거울(23)과 렌즈(24)에 의해 축배율등이 처리되어진 후 원고의 상(Image)과 같은 정전잠상(Electro-static latent image)이 감광드럼(28)위에 생성되며, 이때 이 생성된 잠상이 현상기(27)를 지나는 동안 토너(Toner)로 현상(develope)하여 가시상으로 변하게 되고 이어서 급지롤러(roller)(20)에 의해서 급지된 복사용지 위에 전사기(32)의 작용으로 감광드럼(28)상의 가시상을 복사용지(31)로 전사되게 한다. 이때 복사용지는 정전기력에 의해 감광드럼(28)에 밀착되어지며 분리기(33)는 이 밀착된 복사용지를 분리시켜 주는 역할을 수행한다. 그후 분리된 복사용지는 이송벨트에 의해 이송되어져 정착부의 히팅롤러(heating roller)와 압착로울러(pressure roller)사이로 배지트레이측으로 이송시켜 통과시키면 열과 압력에 의해 복사지면에 원고의 상이 정착되어 원하는 복사가 이루어진다. 한편 전사기(32)를 지난 드럼상에 잔여분의 토너와 잠상이 존재하게 되는데, 여기서 토너는 청소기(clearning blade)(29)에 의해 제거되며, 잠상은 잠상제거 램프(pre-erase lamp array)(37)에 의해 제거되도록 되어 있다.The present invention relates to an apparatus in which an electrophotographic processor such as a copy machine, a laser printer, a facsimile, or the like can simultaneously perform a process of separating a sheet adhered to a photosensitive drum.
