토오크 게이지용 릴 어댑터

본 고안은 비디오 테이프 레코더의 릴테이블 토오크 측정용 토오크 게이지의 릴 어댑터에 관한 것으로 특히, 척과 어댑터를 일체화하여 토오크 게이지에 직접 장착함으로서 계기 조립 시간과 단축과 정확한 릴 테이블의 토오크를 측정할수 있도록 개량 고안된 릴 어댑터를 안출하려는 것이다.
잘 알다시피, 모든 제품이 생산되어 출고되기 이전에 검사과정을 거치듯이 비디오 테이프 레코더 또는 검사과정을 거치게 되는데 그 검사과정에서 릴 테이블의 토오크를 정밀하게 측정하게 된다.
이때, 토오크를 측정하는 게이지는 범용으로써 이의 구동축과 릴테이블을 상호 접속시키는 수단으로는 독자적인 릴어댑터가 사용되는데, 종래의 릴어댑터는 실용신안출원 제87-16595호로 선출원된 바도 있으나 이구조의 어댑터는 그축에 종방향으로 소정 갯수의 홈을 낸후 척의 내부에 수개로 분할되어 스프링으로 상호 탄지된 죠오의 단부가 각각 홈에 삽입된 상태로 물리게 함으로써 릴테이블의 토오크를 측정하도록 하고 있으나 척부와 어댑터부가 독자적으로 이원화되어 부품수가 증가되고 계기의 조립에 약간의 시간이 소비됨은 물론 장기간 사용시 반복되는 척킹에 따라 어댑터 축의 홈과 죠오의 단부가 마모되어 다소 강한 토오크 측정에 있어서는 어느 정도의 슬립(Slip)이 발생할수 있으므로 정확한 토오크 측청치를 얻기 어러워 제품의 신뢰도를 낮추는 등의 단전을 내재하고 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안자는 상기의 종래 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 마모되기 쉬운 척의 죠오와 어댑터 축을 없애고 척과 어댑터를 일체화 함으로써, 부품수를 감소시키고 릴테이불의 정확한 토오크를 측정하여 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시킴은 물론 계기의 조립시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 본 고안의 릴 어댑터를 안출하게 된것이다.
이하, 본 고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성은 제1도에 도시한 바와같이 릴어댑터(1)의 밑면에 릴테이블(RT)의 릴홀더(RH)가 삽입 지지될수 있는 공지의 릴홈(2)이 형성되고 그 상면에는 내면에 암나사부(3)가 마련된 결합부(4)를 일체로 형성하여 통상적인 토오크 게이지(TG)의 구동축(DS)에 형성된 숫나사부(5)와 나사결합하여 릴테이블(RT)을 기구적으로 접속시키는 것이다.
본 고안에 의한 어댑터(1)는 종래와 같이 중간 개재물인 척에 의하지 않고 직접 토오크 게이지(TG)에 나사결합되는 것이다.
이와같이 조립된 어댑터(1)를 측정하려는 릴테이블(RT)위에 씌우면 그 릴홀더(RH)가 어댑터(1)의 릴홈(2)에 삽입되어 릴 어댑터(1)와 함께 회전할수 있는 상태로 결합되어 릴 테이블(RT)과 토오크 게이지(TG)는 완벽하게 접속됨으로써 릴테이블(RT)을 구동시키면 그 동력은 어댑터(1)를 거쳐 토오크 게이지(TC)에 정확하게 전달되어 정밀한 토오크를 측정할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안의 릴어댑터는 릴 테이블 전용으로서 별도의 척이 필요없이 직접 범용의 토오크게이지와 결합되는 것으로서 그 작업을 신속하게 할수 있으므로 효율적인 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있는 고안인 것이다.

  1. 통상의 릴 테이블(RT)의 릴홀더(RH)가 삽입지지되는 릴홈(2)을 갖는 통상의 어댑터(1)에 있어서, 그 상면에는 암나사부(3)가 마련된 결합부(4)를 일체로 형성하여 통상적인 토오크 게이지(TG)의 숫나사부(5)에 직접 나사결합 되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 게이지용 릴 어댑터.
