본 고안은 가스보일러의 버너 하부에 설치되는 열차단판에 관한 것으로서, 특히 열차단편에 공기흡입구를 마련하여 버너의 연소상태를 양호하게 할 수 있도록한 가스보일러의 열차단판에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heat shield plate installed in the lower part of the burner of the gas boiler, and more particularly, to a heat shield plate of the gas boiler to improve the combustion state of the burner by providing an air inlet in the train fragment.

따라서 가스보일러의 열효율을 향상시키기 위해서는 연소실의 단열은 물론, 버너 하부의 복사열을 차단해줘야 하는 것이 하나의 과제로 되어왔다. 그리하여 종래에는 버너하부에 단순히 버너의 복사열을 차단해주는 차단판을 설치하고 버너측면에 공기흡입구를 마련하였기 때문에 버너의 복사열을 차단하는 효과는 좋았으나, 공기흡입구가 측면에 마련되어 있어 버너측면으로 공기가 흡입되므로 버너의 연소상태가 불량하여 가스보일러의 열효율을 더욱 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.Therefore, in order to improve the thermal efficiency of the gas boiler, it has been one of the tasks to insulate the combustion chamber as well as to block the radiant heat of the burner. 가스보일러(10)의 연소실(11) 하부에 버너(12)가 장착되어 그 하부에 본 고안의 열차단판(1)이 설치된다. 이와같은 상태에서 버너(12)가 점화하게되면 열차단판의 공기흡입구(4)를 통해 하부에서 공기가 흡입되어 버너(12)의 정상연소를 촉진시키고, 그리고 공기흡입구(4)의 상부에는 차단편(3)이 경사지게 형성되어 있기 때문에 버너(12)의 복사열을 차단해 주게된다.The burner 12 is mounted on the lower portion of the combustion chamber 11 of the gas boiler 10 so that the heat shield plate 1 of the present invention is installed.
