내향 돌출된 밀착부(2a)를 갖는 수밀패킹(2)이 원통형 이음관(1) 안쪽, 좌,우로 나뉘어 내설되고 이러한 수밀패킹(2) 내단이 내부의 턱(3)에 닿게 된 관 이음쇠에 있어서, 이음관 좌,우 양단부에는 외단의 턱(1')과 고리형 판상 강판대의 조임밴드(7) 설치홈(1"), 내벽중앙에는 스토퍼(4)가 형성되어진 것에 고정부재(5)를 내장하되 고정부재(5)에는 이탈방지 고정편(6)의 설치구멍(5a)(제 7 도에서 고정부재의 점선안)이 관내의 수압에 따라 8개 이상 구성되며 이음관(1) 설치홈(1")에 있는 조임밴드(7)에 의해서 고정편(6)이 눌리면서 조임밴드(7)가 정착되여지는 조임밴드(7) 정착홈(5b), 이음관(1) 양단에 대기와 외압수동을 차단하는 외측 수밀패킹(2')을 고정하는 외측홈(5c)을 가지며 고정편(6)은 관(A)의 외주면에 접속되는 고정날(6')과 이음관(1) 외단의 턱(1')에 대응된 고정편(6) 외측 고정날(6")과 조임밴드(7)의 압박을 받는 고정편(6)의 접촉부분의 내향 경사부(6"')와 이에 대응된 고정부재(5)의 외향 경사부(5d)가 되어 있으며, 이음관(1) 주벽의 구멍(8)으로 조임편(7')을 설치하며 조임편(7')을 조일수 있는 설치구멍(8)을 이응관 외측으로 개방 돌출 시키고 이의 양측으로 보울트구멍(8')을 뚫어 조임밴드(7)를 조이며 구멍(8)은 캡(9)을 씌울수 있게 하는 것등을 구성으로 한다.A watertight seal 2 having an inwardly protruding contact portion 2a is internally divided into a cylindrical joint pipe 1, left and right, and the watertight packing 2 inner end is connected to a pipe fitting which is brought into contact with an internal jaw 3.
