제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예를 설명하기 위한 분리사시도 및 조립단면도이다.
Claims (1)
- 로울러중심축(2)의 표면에 정착제를 도포하여 장착하고 평량한 미경화실리콘 원료를 원료수장실(5B)에 넣고 유압프레스(7)에 의해 원료가압봉(6D)으로 가압하여 성형공간(2C)에 충진시킨 다음 원통형가열체(4)에 의한 몸체온도 200℃-220℃, 가열체(5C)에 의한 상부온도 180℃-200℃, 가열체(1C)에 의한 하부온도 165℃-185℃ 온도로 약 20-30분간 경화시킨 후 냉각수주입구(6A)로 냉각수를 주입하여 원료 가압구내로 순환되어 나온 냉각수를 냉각수배출구(6B)로 배출시켜 이를 다시 냉각수주입구(1A)에 주입하여 기판(1)내부를 순환한 냉각수를 냉각수배출구(1B)로 연속적으로 약 1시간동안 배출 냉각시켜 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘로울러의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
