[산업상 이용분야]
본 고안은 자석 및 셀레늄이 매입된 건축용 심판에 관한 것이다.
이를 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면 건축물의 내벽이나 천정 또는 온돌방 표면을 미장 시공 할 때 하지처리된 시멘트 몰탈층 표면에 고정한 후 그위에 시멘트몰탕층을 마감 처리 할 수 있게 한 자석 및 셀레늄이 매입된 건축용 심판에 관한 것이다.
[종래의 기술]
현재 널리 시공되어 있는 빌딩이나 주택구조물은 대부분이 철근 구조물로 되어 있는 관계로 이는 지구표면에서 발산하는 자력선을 흡수 차단하고 있기 때문에 사람들이 주거하고 있는 거실내로 들어오는 자력선은 불과 0.23-0.25가우스에 불가하다는 것으로 알려지고 있다.
이는 건물이 고층화되면 될 수록 이러한 자력선 차단현상을 더욱 심화시키는 실정인 것이다.
한편 인간은 생체구조상 지구자장에서 발생하여 지표 공간에 충만되어 있는 자기들 1㎤ 0.5가우스라는 수치를 자연스럽게 받아들여야만 정상적인 건강을 유지하게 된다는 것이고 이의 받아들이는 가우스량이 부족할시는 자기결핍증후군이란 현대병이 생기며 이로 인하여 반건강인의 수가 날로 증가 일로에 있다는 것도 이미 알려지고 있는 학설이다.(일본국의 나까가와고오이찌)
이와같은 문제점을 해결하고자 종래에는 침구류에 자석을 장착하거나 요대 관절대 또는 목거리 팔지 귀걸이 등에 자석을 장착한 다양한 신변용품까지 개발되어 이의 치료효과가 인정받고 있는 것이다.
그러나 이와같은 침구나 신변용품에 자석을 장착한다는 것은 치료효과는 있다 할지라도 예방효과는 기대할 수 없는 것이다. 즉 주거환경에서 빼앗긴 결손 지구자장을 재생시키는 효과는 없는 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 이와같은 신변용품을 이용한다는 그 자체가 정신적 부담을 안겨주기 때문에 이러한 정신적 부담 자체는 또 다른 정신과민 증세를 유발하고 있는 것이다. 그리고 한편 산업사회의 고도한 발달로 이에 상응한 각종 물질로부터 발생되는 산업공해 또한 인간의 생명을 위협하고 있는 것이다.
이와같은 문제점을 해결하고자 기재의 일측면에 반사층을 형성하고 이 반사층에 원적외선층을 도포하고 이원적외선 도포층에 일정 간격으로 자석층을 형성한 것이 일본국 특허 공개소 631-230335호로 공지된 것이 있기는 하나 이는 건축용 심체로서는 사용할 수 없고 또한 원적외선 발산 세라믹으로 성형된 망판체가 일본국 실용신안 공개소 62-28528호에서 공지된 바 있으나 이는 자력 발산효과를 기대할 수 없는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
[본 고안이 해결하고자 하는 고안의 요지]
본 고안은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이외 고안요지는 주거환경에 인공적인 저장형성과 동시에 대기속에 함유되고 있는 공해물질을 중화시켜 오염되지 않는 산소가 풍부한 자연 그대로의 공기를 마실 수 있는 주거 환경을 얻게 하고자 건축물의 내벽이나 천정 또는 방바닥 표면의 표층 내에 매설할 수 있게 망상의 심판을 구성하되 이 심판에는 셀레늄분말이 미량 첨가되고 표면에는 일정 간격으로 요입함실을 형성하여 영구자석을 매입한데 특징이 있는 것이다.
[본 고안의 해결수단]
이를 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지에 미량의 셀레늄 분말을 혼합하여 통공(1 )이 있는 망판(1)을 성형하고 망판(1)의 표면에는 일정한 간격으로 다수개의 요입 함실(2)을 형성하여 이 합실(2) 내에는 1,000-1,3000가우스의 자기밀도를 가진 영구자석(3)을 접착제(4)로 매입고정시킨 것이다.
이 설명부호 5는 벽층이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 건용심판으로 사용하는 것으로 이를 사용할시는 건축물의 내벽이나 천정 또는 온돌 방바닥을 미장처리할 때 몰탈 마감처리전에 망판(1)을 하지 처리층에 대접 고정시킨 상태에서 그 위에 몰탈을 엷게 도포 하면 되는 것이다.
[본 고안의 효과]
이상과 같이 본 고안은 셀레늄 분말을 미량 첨가한 합성수지를 사출하여 망판(1)을 성형하고 망판(1)의 표면에는 일정 가격으로 다수의 요입 함실(2)을 형성하여 이 함실(2)에 1,000-1,300가우스위 자속밀도를 가진 영구자석(3)을 매입 고정한 것을 건축물의 바닥이나 천정 또는 벽면 표면층에 심체로 매설하도록 하였기 때문에 이곳에서 발산하는 자력은 철근 콘크리트 건축물등으로 인하여 손실당한 결손량의 자속밀도를 보충 받을 수 있어서 일일이 자석 배드나 요대, 팔지 귀걸이등의 치료 기구를 마련하지 않아도 되고 또한 합성수지로돈 망판에는 세레늄을 미량첨가하였기 때문에 이의 방사물질은 주거공간내의 공기속에 함유된 각종 공해물질을 종화시킬 수 있어 인체의 보건증진에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것이다.

- 합성수지에 셀레늄 분말을 미량 첨가하여 성형된 망판(1)에 있어서 망판(1)의 표면에 일정 간격으로 다수의 요입함실(2)을 형성하여 이 함실(2)에 1,000-1,3000가우스자석 밀도를 가진 영구자석(3)을 접착제(4)로 매입고정 하여서된 자석 및 셀레늄이 매입된 건축용 심판(1차전문정정).
