Claims (7)
- 첫번째 가로변을 따라 배열된 유체공급관, 조절관, 소기관 및 배기관등의 관류관을 밀폐시키기 위한 밸브케이스와 상기 관류관에 상응하는 접속관을 갖춘 반송판을 보유함과 아울러 상기 벨브케이스가 중앙종축을 중심으로 관류관에 대응하여 배열되는 시일을 갖춘 벨브소케트와 그 내측에 수용되는 밸브피스톤으로 되는 슬라이드 밸브로서, 특히 상기 첫번째 가로변과 평행을 이루는 두번째 가로변으로 상기 중앙종축과 평행한 유통로가 형성되고, 이 유통로에서 상기 두번째 가로변으로 접하여 상기 중앙종축과 직교상으로 배티되는 분기공과, 상기 두번째 가로변에 접하여 적어도 유통로를 차단시킬 수 있는 밸브체를 구비하고 있는 가스상 매개물용 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브에 있어서, 벨브케이스(1)의 중앙종축(5)에 평행하는 유통로(29)가 2개의 유통로(29a)(29b)으로 분할 형성되고, 이들 유통로(29a)(29b)은 두번째 가로변(28)에 접하는 분기공(30)과 각각 연통되어 있으며, 상기 분기공(30)의 개구(31) 전방으로 바이패스통로(33)를 보유하는 차단판 (32)이 부착되어 있고, 첫번째 가로변(2)에서 유체공급관(P), 조절관 (Z)(Y), 배기관 (R)(S)등의 관류관으로 연통되는 가로관 (36)이 상기 유통로(29)의 양 유통공(29a)(29b)으로 접속되어 개폐기능을 결정함과 아울러 양 유통공 (29a)(29b)으로 나누어진 유통로(29)와 중앙축 차단판 (32)의 벨브체(32a) 및 양측차단판 (32)의 밸브체 (32b)(32c)의 연통으로 다변화되는 밸브 기능을 쉽게 조절할 수 있도록 첫번째 가로변(2)의 중앙축 (48)을 중심으로 하는 가스케트(4)가 부착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이들 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유통로(29)의 각 유통공(29a)(29b)이 중앙측 차단판(32)에 부착되는 전자밸브에 의해 상호 연통 또는 차단되게 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중앙축 차단판(32)의 주위로 주변관(38)이 대략 180도 범위에서 전개되어 있고, 상기 중앙측 차단판(32)의 벨브체(32a)에 대하여 90도 배치된 각각의 단부(40)에 맞물려지는 돌기(39)가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이들 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덮개(19)에 인접하여 대향 배치된 양측 차단판 (32)의 각 밸브체(32a)(32b)로 열려져서 두번째 가로변(28)에 접하는 분기공(30)과 연통되는 1쌍의 유통로(29)와 이들로부터 각각 연장되는 유통공(29a)(29b)는 그들 사이가 볼(23)에 의해 상호 분할되게 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상호 대칭으로 배열되는 양측 차단판(32)의 각 밸브체(32b)(32c)의 어늠 하나 또는 양쪽 모두에 전자밸브가 나사 (35)로 부착되어 전자적 방향조절이 가능하게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 하나에 있어서 가스케트(4)가 유체공급관(P)을 위해 두번째 가로변 (28)의 중앙축(48)을 중심으로 개방부(49)와 폐쇄부(50)를 대칭상으로 형성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 첫번째 가로변(2)에 부착되는 가스케트(4)가 적어도 조절관 (Z)(Y)과 배기관 (R)(S)으로 제거 가능하게 삽입되는 마개(51)를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 다기능-다용도 슬라이드 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
