본 고안은 식용류를 사용하지 않으면서도 닭고기의 지방질과 동물성의 독소를 제거시켜 육질이 연하고 부드럽고 담백하며 향나무의 냄새에 의하여 훈제 바베큐치킨의 맛을 가지도록한 것으로 몸체내에 환상턱이 있는 내솔의 내면에는 세라믹 적외선히터를 수개 고정하여 통공관을 내설하되 통공관의 돌출편에 접을 수 있는 석쇠를 걸어 놓게하고 내솔의 중앙부에는 코일히터를 형성하되 원관을 관삽하여 용기를 관착시켜 히코리 향나무 또는 참나무를 깎은 것을 넣어 은은하게 타면서 그 향내가 치킨에배어들어 훈제 닭고기가 되게한 것이다.The present invention removes the fat and animal toxins of chicken without using edibles so that the meat is soft, tender and light, and has the taste of smoked barbecue chicken by the smell of juniper.
