본 고안은 농업용 동력 분무기의 개량에 관한 고안으로 보다 구체적인 특징은 배출실을 실린더 압축실의 저부로 형성하여 압축탱크를 그 배출관 저수부 상측에 장치하므로서, 사용후 내부의 잔유물 제거가 용이하고 분무기의 몸체 높이를 낮게 구성시킬 수 있도록 하며, 개폐밸브 카버의 마모를 예방할 수 있도록 세라믹스제 개폐판의 외주에 보호륜을 피복하므로서 수명이 오래가는 동력 분무기를 얻게한 것이다.
종래의 동력 분무기는 배출관이 압축실의 상부로 형성되어 그 배출관 정점에 압축탱크를 설치했기 때문에 몸체의 높이가 높아져서 필요이상으로 커지는 까닭에 사용이나 운반은 물론이고 보관이 불편해지는 결점이 있고 사용후 실린더내에 잔유물이 항상 남기 때문에 겨울철에 동파의 위험이 있으며 개폐밸브를 세라믹스로 할 경우 스테인레스스틸제로 된 밸브 케이스가 쉽게 마손되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
분무기 본체(10)에 형성된 크랭크축(11)으로 작동되는 피스턴(9)이 출입되는 압축실린더(1)의 압축실(1a) 상부에 공급실(3)을 형성하여 공급실 배출공(3a)과 흡입구(2) 사이에 개폐밸브를 장치하고 압축실(1a) 저부로 배출실(5)을 형성하여 배출공(4)에 개폐밸브를 형성하며 배출실(5)의 배출관(5a)에 분지관 연결부(5c)를 형성하여 분지관(6)을 연결하되 저수홈(5d) 직상부로 압축탱크 연결부(5b)를 형성하여 압축탱크(8)를 장치하며 개폐밸브 케이스(15)에 장착되는 세라믹스제 개폐판(16)은 접촉부(16a) 외주에 환상돌재(16b)를 형성하여 그 외면에 스테인레스스틸제 보호륜(18)을 피복시킨 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 압축실(1a)의 저부로 배출실(5)을 형성한 상부로 공급실(3)을 형성하여 그 경계부에 개폐밸브를 장치했기 때문에 분무할 약제를 압축실(1a) 상부에서 공급받아 하측으로 배출시키게 되므로 배출실(5)의 배출관(5a)에 압축탱크(8)를 장치할 수 있어 본체의 높이가 그만큼 낮아지기 때문에 안전성이 높고 운반이나 보관이 용이한 동력 분무기를 만들 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용후 기체 내부에 잔유물이 남지않도록 되어 겨울철에 동파 위험이 없어지는 이점이 있고, 작용효과가 양호한 이점이 있으며 개폐밸브는 그 밸브륜(13)과 개폐판(16)을 세라믹스제로 만들어 개폐판(16)의 외주에 스테인레스스틸제 보호륜(18)을 감착했기 때문에 밸브케이스(17) 내면과의 마찰시 밸브케이스(17)를 마손시키지 않도록 되어 수명을 오래 유지할 수 있도록되는 장점이 있고 내구성과 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점을 얻게되는 것이다.

- 분무기 본체(10)에 형성된 크랭크축(11)으로 작동되는 피스턴(9)이 출입되는 압축실린더(1)의 압축실(1a) 상부에 공급실(3)을 형성하여 공급실 배출공(3a)과 흡입구(2) 사이에 개폐밸브를 장치하고 압축실(1a) 저부로 배출실(5)을 형성하여 배출공(4)에 개폐밸브를 형성하며 배출실(5)의 배출관(5a)에 분지관 연결부(5c)를 형성하여 분지관(6)을 연결하되 저수홈(d) 직상부로 압축탱크연결부(5b)를 형성하여 압축탱크(8)를 장치하며 개폐밸브 케이스(15)에 장착되는 세라믹스제 개폐판(16)은 접촉부(16a) 외주에 환상돌재(16b)를 형성하여 그 외면에 스테인레스스틸제 보호륜(18)을 피복시킨 농업용 동력 분무기.
