이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용, 효과를 설명하면, 예시도면 제3의 알콜예열 장치(A)의 절연히터선(9)에 의하여 예열관(8)이 일정온도(30)-350℃)가 되면 역 U자형 예열관(8)에 개재되어 있는 온도감지봉(13)에서 온도를 감지하여 전기신호를 보내면 콘트롤박스(14)내의 조작부(릴레이)에서 전기를 통전, 알콜공급선(11)에서 이송되어온 알콜을 전자펌프(2)로 펌핑하여 고압의 알콜이 노즐팁(15)을 통해 분사됨과 동시에 고온으로 예열된 예열관(8)에 접촉하는 순간 순간적으로 기화되어 고압의 알콜가스가 점화장치(12)내의 연소구(16)를 통해 분출되며 이때 콘트롤박스(14)내에 있는 전자감응장치(타임릴레이)에 의해 분사 4-5초전 점화장치(12) 및 동체외부에 설치된 다익형 송풍기(3)가 가동 연소실(1)내에 잔류되어 있는 잔류가스를 배출시켜 점화시의 폭발을 방지시킨다음 안정된 점화를 실시하게 되는 것이며, 이때 연소에 필요한 연소공기(산소)는 송풍기(3)에 의하여 연소통(4)을 통해 공급이 이루어지며 연소실(1)전면 경사부에 천공된 다수의 2차 공기 공급부(1a)로 2차 공기가 공급되어 연소실(1)내의 연소가스를 완전 연소시키게 되는 것이다. 이와같이 일단 점화장치(12)에 의하여 점화가 이루어져 연소실(1)내에 화염이 형성되면 연소실(1)내부에 설치되어 있는 열전도선 (10)이 가열되어 그 열이 바로 예열장치(A)내로 전달되면, 온도 감지봉(13)에서 이를 감지 일정온도 이상이 되면 전기신호를 보내 절연히터선(9)으로 공급하던 전기를 자동으로 중지시키게 되는 것으로 이 이후의 알콜예열은 열전도선(10)에 의하여 전달되는 자체열로써 실시되어 전기를 절약할 수 있게 되는 것이다.Referring to the operation and effect of the present invention configured as described above, when the preheating tube 8 reaches a predetermined temperature (30) -350 ° C. by the insulated heater line 9 of the third alcohol preheating device (A) of the drawings.
