Claims (2)
- 공지의 방법으로 정제된 스테비오사이드를 당전이효소(CGTase)를 이용하여 당전이 스테비오사이드를 제조함에 있어서, 한외여과장치를 이용하여 당전이반용 및 정제공정을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당전이 스테비오사이드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 한외여과기의 분획 분자량이 800-1000임을 특징으로 하는것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
