Claims (2)

  1. 자기 기록 매체에 적용가능한 폴리에스테르 베이스 필름을 제조함에 있어서, 외부 입자 투입 방법에 있어 2 종류의 입자를 혼합하여 투입하되 입자 A의 형상비는 1 내지 0.8, 입자 B의 형상비는 0.8 내지 0.67이 되게 하고, A, B 각 입자의 입도 분포가 다음과 같은 조건을 갖도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법. (가) 0.5D 이하 : 1중량% 이하 (나) 0.5 내지 0.8D : 10내지 30 중량% (다) 0.8 내지 1.2 : 40내지 80중량% (라) 1.2 내지 1.5D : 10내지 30 중량% (마) 1.5D 이상 : 0.1 중량% 이하 상기조건에서, D는 중량 누적 분포에서 50%가 되는 중량 평균 입경이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 A와 입자 B를 에틸렌 글리콜에 각각 또는 함께 혼합하여 중합시 투입하되 투입되는 B 입자의 함량(WB)은 20 내지 30%(WA+WB=100%)가 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법
