식물유지류의 탈취공정에서 부생되는 탈취유출물을 알코올류를 사용하여 에스테르화시키고 증류 및 추출에 의해 천연 토코페롤류를 추출함에 있어서, 상기 탈취유출물을 에스테르화시킬때 산촉매하에서 식용산화방지제를 첨가하여 에스테르화시키고, 이를 연속식으로 진공증류시키되 1차 및 2차 증류시켜서 저비점불순물과 지방산 에스테르를 제거해낸 다음, 3차 고진공증류를 통하여 토코페롤류가 40%이상 함유된 주류로 농축시키고 나서, 용제 추출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연토코페롤류의 추출방법.In esterification of the deodorant effluent produced in the deodorization process of plant oil and fat using alcohols and extracting natural tocopherols by distillation and extraction, an edible antioxidant is added under an acid catalyst when esterifying the deodorant effluent.
