Claims (6)

  1. 주된 성분으로서 금속제련시 생성되는 슬래그로부터 제조된 슬래그울과, 충전재로서 세라믹울, 그리고 바인더로서 올라스토나이트로 이루어진 비석면 단열재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그울은 전체단열제 조성에 대하여 60∼90중량%로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 단열재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹울은 전체 단열재 조성에 대해 8∼30중량%로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 단열재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 울라스토나이트는 전체 단열재조성에 대해 2∼10중량%로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 단열재.
  5. 금속제련시 생성되는 슬래그로부터 제조된 슬래그울 70∼90중량%와, 폴리올레핀계 합성고분자펄프 2∼20중량%, 그리고 바인더성분으로서 울라스토나이트 2∼10중량%로 이루어진 비석면 단열재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지펄프는 폴리프로필렌합성수지펄프 또는 폴리에틸렌합성수지펄프 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 단열재.
