믹스를 저장하는 호퍼(2)와 이 호퍼(2)로부터 적절히 공급되는 믹스를 냉각교반해서 빙과를 제조하는 냉각실린더(8)로 구성된 빙과제조부를 빙과종류별 마다에 복수기 구비하고 빙과종류별마다의 추출레버 이외의 복수의 냉각실린더(8)과 연달아 통하는 추출구를 갖는 혼합빙과 추출레버를 가짐과 동시에 저기한 각 빙과제조부에 대응해서 설치되고 이들을 빙과제조시에 냉각하고 살균시에 가열하는 냉매회로를 구성하는 냉동장치와를 구비한 빙과제조장치에 있어서 각 빙과 제조부의 가열온도를 검출하는 온도검출수단과 이 각 온도 검출수단으로 각냉동장치를 운전제어하고 규정의 가열살균공정을 실행시키는 수단과 각 빙과제조부에서 실시되고 있는 가열살균공정의 상황을 통신함과 동시에 쌍방의 빙광제조부에 있어서 그 가열살균의 종료가 확인되는 것을 조건으로 해서 각 냉동장치의 가열운전공정을 완료시키는 수단과를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과제조장치.Ice-making unit consisting of a hopper (2) for storing the mix and a cooling cylinder (8) for cooling and stirring the mix appropriately supplied from the hopper (2) is provided with a plurality of ice cream manufacturing units for each ice cream type and an extraction lever for each ice cream type.
